In honor of National Ice Cream Day, I am sharing my top ice cream finds in the Greenville area! If you are anything like me, you do not have to have a special day for ice cream. But, it gives us all the more reason for a delicious treat in the middle of summer!
Pink Mamas Ice Cream
Pink Mamas has a few different locations in the upstate. You can find them in Travelers Rest, Pleasantburg Drive, and in Easley soon! This is hands down my favorite ice cream shop in the Upstate! Their pink waffle cones are the best you will find. On the extra hot days, swing by the Pleasantburg location to utilize their drive through. Pink Mamas also has an ice cream truck that is available for events.
Ice Cream Station
The Ice Cream Station is located in the heart of Downtown Simpsonville. Every time we have visited the Ice Cream Station, there has been a considerable line. So, keep this in mind when bringing the kids. The ice cream is well worth the wait! Their menu offers many different options to appeal to all the ice cream lovers in your life. My favorite menu items are the Explosions. They have many different toppings you can add in to create your own treat!
Molly and Myles
This local ice cream shop was ranked as one of the best in America. As a mom, I can understand the reason. When you walk in, you are immediately met with every superhero imaginable. Making for an experience unlike any other local ice cream shop. You will find a unique waffle cone selection, as well. There are options such as Fruity Pebble dipped, sprinkle dipped, Cinnamon Toast Crunch dipped, and more! While you are enjoying your ice cream, be sure to grab a board game for a little family competition. If you can not get enough Molly and Myles, they also have an ice cream truck available.
The Creme Shack offers a vast selection of fresh rolled ice cream. This is not an option I have seen around the Upstate area. Looking over their menu, they have an option for every taste. You can choose from their pre-designed menu or build you own rolled ice cream creation.
Do you have a favorite ice cream shop not listed? We’d love to know!
