She has a B.S. in Exercise Science, an M.S. in Human Clinical Nutrition, and is a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist through the American Nutrition Association. She has over 10 years of experience working with people of all ages and stages on how to make nutrition and lifestyle changes to improve their health.
